I love Diesel

I love cheap Diesel jeans even more. I know that a pair of Diesel jeans cost about 200-350 chf. I still love them though. I am addicted to them. We are all entitled to some shallowness in our lives. Mine would be my love for Diesel jeans. It makes my ass look better, I think. Since 300 chf is quite expensive, I would usually wait for the end of season sale which can bring the price down to 50% of the original. I know that is still 150 chf but I need my Diesel!

I was estatic to discover a shop called "Blackout" in Dietlikon (the building where Aldi and Fly is)! They sell Diesel irregular which is always at 50% of the original price of the cut. It is called Irregular because it is irregular (wow, very clear explanation!). Irregulars are rejects because of a small factory damage invisible to the naked eye. Anyway, you can fit it before buying so there is no danger of getting a pair which is totally unwearable. I bought a few pairs already and honestly I can't find what is wrong with them. Take note that I bought previously the same model from the "regular" shop and they are exactly the same with the irregular ones.

The best thing is that "Blackout" also do sales regularly so it is possible to buy the jeans with more discount. They has a 50% sales a few weeks ago, I bought my Diesel jeans for only 60 chf! =) So, I bought 2 pairs.

Aside from Diesel, "Blackout" also have Levis irregular, and Dockers

Yan sushi and wok

The past few weeks, we have been randomly trying Chinese restaurants around Zurich. Yan sushi and wok emerged as my favorite.

I really love the buffet at Yan sushi and wok! I loved it more because when we went the buffet was just for 32.10 chf introductory price! Now, I think it is about 45 but I think it is still worth the money.

The buffet includes sushi, dimsum, salads, desserts and raw seafood and meats that you can ask to cook in a variety of sauces. Don't expect a wide variety of sushi though on the buffet, they have mostly makis.

Of course I loaded on the sushi and dimsum for appetizer (not an appropriate word considering how much I ate) and then big shrimps and squid in oyster sauce and then beef with garlic sauce for the main dish (this is just for me, my husband made his own set). I finished the meal off with a bowl of ice cream.

What I like in this buffet is you can choose what ingredients you want to put on the dish. In some chinese restaurants here in Zurich, if you order for a beef dish, what you will get is maybe a plate which is only 25% beef and 75% vegetables. With a buffet system, if you don't care for carrots and you don't get carrots!

In a buffet like this, you are your own worst enemy. Try to resist the temptation to overeat because you will for sure get a stomach ache.
