Switzerland enters Schengen!

"On 27 Novemer 2008 the mixed committee of the JHA (Council of ministers for Justice and Home affairs) decided in Bruxelles that the Schengen and Dublin association agreements of Switzerland will be fully implemented as of Friday 12 December 2008. From this date on Schengen visa will be accpeted to enter Switzerland."--Federal Office for Migration

This is the best news ever! I have been waiting for this for a long time now! What does this really mean for me? It means that I don't have to get visa anymore to cross the border to France, Italy and Germany. No more falling in line outside an embassy! No more submitting of documents! Yeepee! I am really tired of getting visas....
